Textareas not saving data (IT Company Pro)

Hey guys,
the textareas in the customizer don't save any data? If i change any other field, the site is reloaded and the value is shown. In the textareas, no reload is happening and the values arent saved.
Can anyone help me here?
EDIT:
The normal textareas are working fine. Its just the complex textareas with toolbar and picture upload.
