Mobile Menu Won't Show Sub Items

the website here has sub menus: https://wickedpissahdeli.com/shop
When views in mobile the sub menus are not showing AND any menu with sub items has some graphic next to them I can't even locate in the chrome inspector.
what is needed to show sub menu items and how does that erroneous image get removed?
