TG Title Banner Image - Can't Install Plugin - TG Title Banner Image - Can't Install Plugin - Support

I purchased the multipurpose-photography-pro theme a while back, but I've been at a stand still. One of the plugins required to install is TG Title Banner Image. Generally, the plugins are very easy to install and should be included with the source files. However, this one is missing.

When trying to install, it says: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

I have tried endlessly to contact any free support available (as I don't want to spend more money on this). And gotten no answers. Does anyone know where I can find this plugin?? I need it to create the banner aesthetic that I had planned for the website.

Hi,

Plugins are utilities which provide additional functionality to your application. To install a plugin you just need to put the plugin files into the wp-content/plugins directory. Once a plugin is installed, you may activate it or deactivate it from the Plugins menu in your WP administration.

OR Follow the steps given below:

In WordPress 2.7 and above you can install plugins directly from the admin area. Download the plugin to your computer, then log in to your WP admin area and go to Plugins > Add New.

Browse to the plugin archive and select it. Then click Install Now and the plugin will be installed shortly.

The removal is also straight-forward in most cases. Simply remove the directory for the plugin you would like to uninstall and it will be automatically deactivated.

Quick Review:

To add a WordPress Plugin using the built-in plugin installer:

Go to Plugins > Add New.

Find the WordPress Plugin you wish to install.

Click Install Now to install the WordPress Plugin.

The resulting installation screen will list the installation as successful or note any problems during the install.

If successful, click Activate Plugin to activate it, or Return to Plugin Installer for further actions.

This is a terrible response, you just described how to install plugins. EVERYONE knows how to install plugins. I am having the same issue that was described at the top. I bought TG driving school pro theme that has 2 required plugins. When trying to install from that part, I get the response "download failed. A valid URL was not provided"

When I tried searching for such themes by name and author "Themes Glance" nothing showed up.

I agree Steve, they have offered me no real solution to this problem.

I received an email from their support team with the same exact info they posted above. My response:

My question wasn't about installing plugins. As I mentioned, that is a fairly easy task. I was asking about the MISSING plugin- TG Title Banner Image. It isn't included in the files I downloaded. Nor is it available anywhere on the web. Can you tell me what the solution to this is?

Then they said:

If you want we can add it for you, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL.

Which makes no sense. Why exactly would I allow a 3rd party support team into my Wordpress account? And more importantly, why haven't we been provided all of the files required to create the template that was advertised?

This is ridiculous. I would rather not use themeglance moving forward, and would love to get a full refund.

I received the same response. Like I'm going to give someone admin creds to my website. How about just responding to the message with the required files.
