Problem with Charity Pro plug-in

Hello, I just purchased the $99 pack. The Charity pro is not working for me. It states the necessary pro plugin cannot be installed. It keeps failing the install. All I did was install the template the way the documentation you provide states. It appears the zip is missing folders or plugin. Can you please assist me?
