Plugins won't activate
The plugins are installed and showing up in the plugins list but aren't activating. What's wrong?

The Plugins get automatically activated after the installation process, just use them.

Correct me if I am wrong but based off this screen shot it looks like the plugins for the theme are NOT ACTIVATED. Also I can't get the Banner to work...which also leads me to believe that the plugins are not working. If you could offer actual troubleshooting help that would be wonderful.

If you want we can check your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL at [email protected].
