and this always happen.

Even I am not able to install plugin like monster insight.

We need to check your theme.

If you want we can check your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL.

But we have checked your dashboard and editor also and WordPress is not updated version.

We have tried to update it and its gets failed even any plugin is not getting install.

The problem is coming from server and WordPress is not working at all please contact your server host.
