the theme is faulty, i cannot go in the media the page will load for a long period of time then I get error 503,  the shop page won't load, get a white screen of death when trying to load the website pages and the dashboard. i drop the site multiple times but the problem comes back each time I enable the theme and no response from customer support. the free version works fine though
