Yeah that doesnt work. The download that doesnt take it the one titled tg-title-banner-image_0.1, but WP wants a plugin calledWP Title Banner Image. Cant install it in the "install required plugins" page either, just like the other guy said.

TG title banner and WP title banner is one and the same thing. previously it was labeled as the WP title banner. And now it is changed to the TG Title banner. Both will do the same thing.
