How come I have 2 homepage links in my header menu bar

How come I have 2 homepage links in my header menu bar? I set it up the right way and noticed it. Tired to fix it and nothing. Went as far to follow the directions set in http://themesglance.com/docs/wp-fitness/#homepage to the T, which were basic obvious instructions, and still I have 2 home links listed in my nav menu bar.

Hi Justin,

Follow steps:

Go to Appearance -> Menu open the menu which you have created and remove the unnecessary link and save the changes.
