File Structure

The template package you have downloaded consists of several folders. Let's see what each folder contains:

  • Screenshots -contains template screenshot. Not for production.
  • theme -contains wordpress theme files
  • "luxury-travel-pro-1.0.zip and luxury-travel-pro-child-1.0.zip" -this folder contains all the necessary files for the theme.
  • "license.txt" -contains license details
  • "readme.txt" -contain information about theme images path, font use and usage script

Template Installation

Template installation is very easy process. The installation process can be done in two ways

1-Install a theme using wordpress admin

First thing you need to do is to login to your WordPress admin area. Next, click on

1.Go to the menu Appearance >> Themes


2. Once you are on the themes page, click on the Add New button at the top.


3. Click on upload theme button.


4. Click on Browse Button then select your luxury-travel-pro-child-1.0.zip theme and click on install now button.


5. WordPress will now install your theme and show you a success message along with the link to activate or live preview.

Congratulations your theme have been successfully installed

Section Color/Font Pallette

Color/Font is very easy process. We have given these options in all sections of customizer. It is a complete image to show you about color and font pallete. At a single glance of click you can set the color and fonts of the Headings,Paragraph and Buttons

Every individual section have an option to set the color pallete for Headings,Title/Text,Paragraph,Button Text and Button Background depending upon the number of option that are available in that respective section

Default Color/Font settings

Fetch Demo content

This theme supports the default Site Identity section provided by the WordPress and we have integrated some options in this theme in this section.

Follow these instructions to setup Home page.

  • 1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.

    Label it "home" or anything as you wish. Then select template "Custom home page" from template dropdown.



  • 2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading --> Set the front page display static page to home


  • Once you have done with this you can see all the demo content on front page.

Typography Settings

Color/Fonts Setting is the easy process for setting or changing color/fonts of the site.
    1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Typography Settings

        The options integrated in this section are:

      • Headings (h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6) Font family

This section gives option to set font family of paragraph & other content of your site.

      • Paragraph and other content Font family

 This section gives option to set font family of all the headings of your site.

  1. Now, click on Publish button.

How to set up Home Page

Setup Social Icon

In order to set up Social Icon Section,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Social Icon Section



Follow these instructions to setup Social Icon.


  • Add Facebook Link: You can add facebook link here and the facebook icon will be displayed in the top bar of your site.
  • Add twitter link : This option allows you to add twitter link to the top bar of your site. Adding twitter link adds twitter icon in the top bar of your site.
  • Add Instagram Link: You can add instagram link here which will add instgram icon to the top bar.
  • Add Youtube Link: You can add Youtube link here.
  • Add Pinterest link : This option allows you to add pinterest link. Adding twitter link adds twitter icon in the top bar of your site.




Setup Slider



Follow the below steps to setup the slider

Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Slider Settings



  • Setting Options : Includes settings for Service display enable/disable option. With this setting, you can enable/disable this section. This is very important setting. If you want this section to appear on your website, just let the option be enabled and if you don't want this section to appear on your website, you can select disable and this section will disappear from your website.
  • Number of Slider To Show: Allow you to select no. of slider you would like to display.
  • Slider Image: Here you can set the images for slider.
  • Slider Button Text: Here, you can set the text to be displayed on button.
  • Slider Heading Color: Allow you to set the heading color of slider.
  • Slider Heading Fonts: You can set the font of Slider heading with this option.
  • Slider Text Color:This option allows you to set the color of slider text.
  • Slider Text Fonts: You can set the font of Slider heading with this option.
  • Button Text Fonts: It allows you to set the font of text to be displayed on button

Setup Search Tours

In order to proceed with Search Tour Section,

Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Search Tour section

Setup Featured Tours



In order to setup the following section, foloow the below steps

1. Go to Dashboard -> Tours -> Add New

2. Add the tours, set a respective category then Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Featured Tours

3. There you will find an option to select the category to show the respective tours. So. here, you can select that category which you have created with Add New tour option.

4. You can also customize the colors of that section such as background color and the text color.



Do you want this section: This section allows you to enable/disable this section altogether. In case, if you don't want this section on your site, just click on disable option and this section will disappear from your site. And if you want this wonderful section to appear on your site, just be it enabled and it will appear on your site.

Now follow these further steps to setup this section.

Background Color: With this option, you can set the background color of this section. As you can see in screenshot, background color is blue. Likewise you can set any background color as per your wish.

Background Image: With this option, you can set the background image for this section.

Section Title Color: Here, you can select the text color of title of this section.

Section Title: Here, you can simply enter the title for this section. Here,in the screenshot, Featured Tours is the title of this section. Likewise, you can change as per your wish.

Section Title Color: With this option, you can set the text color of section title.

Section Title Fonts: This option allows you to set the font of title of this section.

Select Category: This is very important option. You have to select category here which you have created with Add New Tour option.

Number of columns to show: This option allows you to set the no. of image columns to be displayed in this section. As you can see in screenshot above, there are four image columns.Likewise, you can set it to 3,5,6 or 7,etc

Hover Icon Image: Here, you can set the image icon which will appear when you will hover on featured image. You can set this hover icon image for each featured image. There is option provided for each featured image.

Box Background Color: Here, you can set the background color for image columns. You can see in the screenshot that its blue. Likewise you can set any background color for image column.

Box Title Fonts: Here, you can set the font of the title which appears with every featured image. Here, you can see in screenshot above, The TajMahal Aagra is the box title.

Box Hover Text: Here, you can set the font of the text which will be displayed on hoverof feautured image.

Setup Content Image Slider

In order to setup the following section go to Dashboard -> Tours -> Add New

Add the tours, set a respective category then Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Content Image Slider

There you will find an option to select the category to show this respective tours. You can also customize the colors of that section such as background color and the text color.



In order to proceed with Content Image Slider Section

  • Setting Options: Includes settings for Service display enable / disable option.
  • Background Color: It allows you to set the background color of this section.
  • Background Image: It allows you to set background image in this section.
  • Select Category: You can select category like Best Sellers, Featured Tours, Recent Tours from here.
  • Slider Title Color: This option allows you to set slider title color of section.
  • Slider Title Font: This option allows you to set slider title font of section.
  • Slider Text Color: This option allows you to set slider text color of section.
  • Slider Text Font: This option allows you to set slide text font of section.

Setup Deals And Discounts



In order to setup the following section go to Dashboard -> Tours -> Add New

Add the tours, set a respective category then Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Deals And Discounts

There you will find an option to select the category to show there respective tours. You can also customize the colors of that section such as background color and the text color.

The most important thing which you need to be careful about in order to set up this section is to enter compare price for each post when you set up the post. If you will enter the compare price while setting up post, then only post will appear in this section, otherwise it won't appear.



In order to proceed with Deals And Discounts Section

  • Setting Options: Includes settings for Service display enable / disable option.
  • Background Color: It allows you to set the background color of this section.
  • Background Image: It allows you to set background image in this section.
  • Section Title: This option allows you to set the title of this section. As you can see in screenshot above, Deals and Discounts is title, likewise you can set the title withe the help of this option.
  • Section Title Color: This option allows you to set the title color of this section.
  • Section Title Fonts: This option allows you to set the font family of title of this section.
  • Section Box Text Color: This option allows you to set the color of text which appears inside box. Here, in screenshot above, you can see its black. Likewise, you can set the text color.
  • Section Box Text Font: This option allows you to set the font family of text which is inside box.
  • Button Background Color: This option allows you to set the background color of button of this section. You can see in screenshot, its black. You can set likewise.
  • Button Background Hover Color: This option allows you to set the background color of button which will appear on hover.

Setup Tour Type

In order to setup the following section, go to Dashboard -> Tours -> Add New

Add the tours, set a respective category, then Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Tour Type

There you will find an option to select the category to show there respective tours. You can also customize the colors of that section such as background color and the text color.



Follow these instructions to Setup Tour Type.

  • Setting Options: Includes settings for Service display enable / disable option.
  • Background Color: It allows you to set the background color of this section.
  • Background Image: It allows you to set background image in this section.
  • Section Title: This option allows you to set slider title of section.
  • Section Title Color: This option allows you to set slider title color of section.
  • Section Title Font: This option allows you to set slider title font of section.
  • Box Background Color: This option allows you to set box background color of section.
  • Box Title Color: This option allows you to set box title font of section.
  • Box Title Fonts: This option allows you to set box title font of section.

Setup Testimonial / Guest Speak Section



In order setup the following section go to Dashboard -> Testimonial -> Add New

Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Testimonial / Guest Speak

You can customize the colors of that section such as background color and the text color.



Follow these instructions to setup Testimonials.

For adding testimonials, youn need to go to dashboard and click on testimonials. You can add or edit testimonials like this,

  • Setting Options: Includes settings for Service display enable / disable option.
  • Section Title Color: Here, you can set the text color of title for this section.
  • Section Title Fonts: Here, you can set the font family of title for this section.
  • Section Testimonial Color: Here, you can set the text color of testimonial for this section.
  • Section Testimonial Fonts: Here, you can set the font family of testimonial for this section.
  • Section Testimonial Desig and Name Color: Here, you can set the text color of testimonial Designation and Name.
  • Section Testimonial Desig and Name Color: Here, you can set the font family of testimonial Designation and Name
  • Background Color: Here, you can set the background color for this section.
  • Background Image: This option allows you to set the background imagee of this section.
  • Section Title: Here, you can put up the title for this section.

Setup Why Our Tours



In order to proceed with Why Our Tours,

Go to Dashboard -> Tours -> Add New

Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Why Our Tours Section



In order to proceed with Deals And Discounts Section

  • Setting Options: Includes settings for Service display enable / disable option.
  • Background Color: It allows you to set the background color of this section.
  • Background Image: It allows you to set the background image for this section.
  • Section Title: Here, you can enter the title of this section.
  • Section Title Color: This option allows you to set text color of section title.
  • Section Title Fonts: This option allows you to set font family of title of this section.
  • Box Background Color: This option allows you to set background color of box. You can see in screenshot above,the background color of box is white. Likewise, you can set any background color of box as per your wish.
  • Box Text Color: This option allows you to set color of text which is inside box.
  • Box Text Fonts: This option allows you to set font family of box text.
  • Number of services to show: This option allows you to set number of service boxes you want to show in this section. You can see in screenshot, the no. of services is 6. You can set that number as you want.
  • Service Image:This option allows you to set button background hover color of section.
  • Service Text: This option allows you to enter text for each service box of this section.

Setup Our Records



In order to proceed with Our Records,

Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Our Records Section


    Do you want this section: This section allows you to enable/disable this section altogether. In case, if you don't want this section on your site, just click on disable option and this section will disappear from your site. And if you want this wonderful section to appear on your site, just be it enabled and it will appear on your site.

  • Background Color: Here, you can set the background color for this section.
  • Background Image: Here, you can set the background image for this section.
  • Text Color: Here, you can set the text color of this section here.
  • Text Font Family: This option allows you to set the font family of text for this section.
  • Number: Here, you can enter the number of whichever records you want to show.
  • Content: Here, you can enter the content about record.

Setup Partners Section



In order to proceed with Partners,

Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> Partners Section



Follow these instructions to setup Partners Section.

  • Do you want this section: This section allows you to enable/disable this section altogether. In case, if you don't want this section on your site, just click on disable option and this section will disappear from your site. And if you want this wonderful section to appear on your site, just be it enabled and it will appear on your site.
  • Section Title Color: Here, you can set the text color of title for this section.
  • Section Title Fonts: Here, you can set the font family of title for this section.
  • Background Color: Here, you can set the background color of this section. As you can see in screenshot, the background color of this section is white. You can set it to any color as you want.
  • Background Image: If you want to set the background image for this section, you can set it here.
  • Number of Partners to show: Here, you can enter the number of partners you want to show in this section.
  • Sponsor Image: Here, you can set the sponsor image for each partner you want to show in this section.

Setup Footer Section



In order to proceed with Footer,

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Footer Section



Follow these instructions to setup Footer Section.

  • Footer Heading Color: Here, you can set the heading color of footer.
  • Footer Heading Fonts: Here, you can set the font of heading of footer.
  • Footer Content Color: Here, you can set the text color of contents of footer
  • Footer Content Fonts: Here, you can set the font of contents of footer.
  • Footer Border Color: Here, you can set the border color of footer.
  • Do you want this section: This section allows you to enable/disable this section altogether. In case, if you don't want this section on your site, just click on disable option and this section will disappear from your site. And if you want this wonderful section to appear on your site, just be it enabled and it will appear on your site.
  • Background Color: Here, you can set the Background Color of footer.
  • Background Image: Here, you can set the Background Image of footer if you want.

Footer have four columns. You can add any widget there. It will be added from Appearance -> widget

Plugins

Plugins are ways to extend and add to the functionality that already exists in WordPress.
How to activate plugins

If you want these functionalities in your theme for which you need to activate plugin. Follow these instructions to activate plugin in your theme.

Go to Plugins >> Installed Plugins >> Luxury Travel Pro Post Types >>Activate


When you activate plugin, you can see two more options in your admin navigation, i.e Tours and Testimonials. You can see this two options in the admin navigation of the image because the plugin is activated.

These two sections automatically appears in your website once you activate plugin. You can see scrennshot of the same below.

Now, you can see these sections are added but contents are not there. For adding contents to these sections, follow these instructions.

To add Tours, Go to Tours >> Add new


With Add Media option that you can see in the screenshot, you can add images to these section which gets uploaded automatically in Latest Tours according to the specific Tour you add.

Now, you can add title of Tour and description as shown in image above

You can add Tours details here


  • Price: You can enter Price of Tour here.
  • Compare Price: You can add compare price here.
  • Tour ID: You can add Tour Id here.
  • Tour Type: You can add Tour type here
  • Tour Status: You can add Tour status here

Once, you start adding Tours detalis like this. This Tour details will automatically appear in your website,

Here, you can have a look of Latest Tours once you are done with adding Tours.

These images that you add using this option appears in the Image Slider of Tour Web Page as shown in screenshot below.


In this way, you can set up Latest Tours.

    To add Testimonials, Go to Testimonials >> Add new


    With Add Media option that you can see in the screenshot, you can add images of Testimonials to this section which gets uploaded automatically in Testimonials Section.

    Now, you can add name of the Person and testimonial here.

    You can add Designation of person here


    Designation: You can enter Designation of testimonial person here.


    With Add Media option that you can see in the screenshot, you can add image of a testimonial person which gets uploaded automatically in Testimonials section according to the specific testimonial you add.

    After adding testimonials, you see the same on your website. Here are some screenshots.



    In this way, you can set up testimonials.

TG-Title-Banner-Image

Once you activate this plugin you will find the below option inside each and every page, post, registered posts etc.


1. First, you need to choose the banner image that you would like to set on your post/page.

2. On uploading any file, by default, the title will appear over the banner image.


3. With the help of this plugin, you can hide the title if you do not want to display it on the banner simply by checking "Hide Title above banner" option.

4. You can even show the title below the banner image by checking "Show Title below banner" option.

5. When none of the options is selected and no file is chosen, then the title will be displayed in the default manner.

Child Themes and Hooks

Custom theme editor is the easy process for editing the site. If you have to add section in the site , you can easily edit in child theme, it can be changed in parent theme.

Adding category

  1. Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
  2. Click the Posts tab.
  3. With that done, click Categories for blog posts.
  4. Type in the name of your new category.
  5. After that, click the Add New Category button.
Click the Publish button.

Creating a Blog post

  1. Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
  2. Click the Posts tab.
  3. Click the Add New tab.

Shortcodes

A shortcode is a powerful content building tool http://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode. Shortcodes are easy to use. First of all, make sure that the editing mode is set to Visual.


Check the list of shortcodes that are available with the Themes:

Widgets

Additional Theme Addons

How to Setup Additional Theme Addons:

1. First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (tg-title-banner-image.zip and tg-gallery-images.zip)). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.



2. After that, click on the Upload Plugin button on top of the page.

3. This will bring you to the plugin upload page. Here you need to click on the choose file button and select the plugin file you downloaded earlier to your computer.



4. After you have selected the file, you need to click on the install now button.



5. WordPress will now upload the plugin file from your computer and install it for you. You will see a success message like this after installation is finished.

6. Once installed, you need to click on the Activate Plugin link to start using the plugin.

TG-Title-Banner-Image
